excalidraw diagrams

sublimated supports excalidraw diagrams in two ways:

standalone .excalidraw files

create an .excalidraw file (JSON format). sublimated renders it server-side on push — no JavaScript needed in the browser.

content block transclusion

embed an existing .excalidraw file using iA Writer or Obsidian content block syntax:

/diagrams/architecture.excalidraw

or:

![[architecture.excalidraw]]

the pre-rendered SVG from the file's render_svg representation is embedded inline — zero re-rendering cost. same mechanism as mermaid content blocks.
