mermaid diagrams

sublimated supports mermaid diagrams in two ways:

embedded in markdown

use a fenced code block with the mermaid language tag:

```mermaid
graph LR
    A[start] --> B[end]
```

the diagram renders inline when viewing the file. this uses client-side mermaid.js.

standalone .mmd files

create a .mmd or .mermaid file with mermaid syntax. sublimated renders it server-side on push — no JavaScript needed in the browser.
