mermaid diagrams

sublimated supports mermaid diagrams in two ways:

standalone .mmd files

create a .mmd or .mermaid file with mermaid syntax. sublimated renders it server-side on push — no JavaScript needed in the browser.

embedded in markdown (planned)

two ways to include mermaid diagrams in markdown, both planned:

mermaid code blocks

    A[start] --> B[end]
```

not yet implemented. will render server-side via Selkie at push time — no client-side mermaid.js.

content block transclusion

embed an existing .mmd file using iA Writer or Obsidian content block syntax:

/diagrams/architecture.mmd

or:

![[architecture.mmd]]

not yet implemented. will embed the pre-rendered SVG from the file's render_svg representation — zero re-rendering cost.
